The position: She/He will be responsible for developing and implementing worldwide strategies and tactics for the portfolio of the products with the objective to ensure an optimal positioning of the company's offering in the global market. This includes to define product positioning identifying and developing market and product strategies to maximize customer acceptance, market penetration, sales growth and profitability of products worldwide. S/He will participate and lead in R&D meetings to develop new medical equipment and will coordinate and execute creation of sales & marketing materials. Moreover S/He will present at congresses and workshops and will be expected to support the Sales Force by developing compelling marketing Strategies and tactical plans as well as preparing commercial literature and managing education and training. S/He will be part of the Global Marketing Team.
The position will be based in Italy where the Headquarter is and travels frequently in Europe and overseas.
The profile: A minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions, in companies with international experience. Medical device experience will be a significant asset but not a “must”. The candidate must have a Degree preferably in scientific subjects. Excellent English is a must; additional languages (German and/or French and/or Spanish) are a plus.

MEDICAL SCIENCE LIASON
Il candidato, in diretto riporto al Medical Sciences Director, avrà l’obiettivo di implementare e sviluppare rapporti di collaborazione tra i principali KOLs e l’azienda al fine di accrescere la percezione dei prodotti e dei servizi aziendali nel mercato di riferimento. Sarà responsabile dell’identificazione dei KOLs che possano fornire un contributo sostanziale allo sviluppo della ricerca clinica e dovrà garantire che le proposte di studi e le richieste di carattere scientifico originate dai medici siano poste immediatamente all’attenzione della direzione medica, mantenendo una comunicazione attività tra territorio e sede. Si occuperà della definizione e della promozione di progetti a livello Corporate in collaborazione con la ricerca e sviluppo volti a garantire un vantaggio competitivo rispetto alla concorrenza; di partecipare attivamente al training scientifico rivolto alla forza vendita e di supportare le ricerche cliniche e contribuire alla realizzazione di attività sul territorio (congressi, eventi). La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con i dipartimenti Marketing, Sales, R&D e con l’area clinica. Sarà infine responsabile del controllo del budget, del monitoraggio dei risultati ottenuti e di valutare il ritorno sugli investimenti effettuati.
Si richiede: laurea in materie scientifiche, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, esperienza pregressa di 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo o nel training scientifico all’interno di aziende multinazionali operanti nel settore medicale. Completano il profilo spiccate capacità relazionali, comunicative e di negoziazione, in particolare nella presentazione di dati clinici; abilità nel proporre soluzione innovative e modalità volte ad instaurare relazioni tra l’azienda e i KOLs, abilità nel combinare le esigenze dei clienti con quelle dell’azienda; ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving.

The position: The candidate, reporting to the European Clinical Project Leader, have to setup and coordianate at European Level and ROW post market clinical activities, within the approved budget. He/She will be responsible to design and implement post market clinical activities, such as post market studies, registries, customer preference studies; coordinate the activities with suppliers, Data Management and Biostatistics; to control all activities regarding the preparation, the monitoring and the completion of the Clinical Trials in local sites operated with the CRO, within forecasted timelines; to review study documents (protocol, amendments) and writing the monitoring plan; to control/audit all parties involved in the Clinical Program (CRO and local clinical centres), ensuring the study is performed according to quality standards (SOPs, GCPs, ICH guidelines). Moreover he/she have to manage educational and training activities for new clinical specialists and sales representatives. Finally he/she cooperate with other clinical project manager and with marketing department to organize scientific and clinical post market initiatives.
The profile: The candidate must have a Degree in scientific subjects (with preferred specialization in the cardiovascular field) and a confirmed experience (at least 5 years) as clinical manager in the field of cardiovascular medical devices, knowledge of legislation in force regarding clinical research.

The Candidate will report to Southern European Marketing Manager and will be in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategy related to the assigned product line, in order to reach the established business objectives.
This position will be expected to define the marketing plan, the positioning strategy and market segmentation. He/She will support the sales force and keep - develop relationship with K.O.L and European colleagues.
The Market Manager will identify the potential of each customer, run market analysis and analyze competitors’ products and initiatives. He/She will manage the profit & loss of the assigned product lines, the launch plan and the strategic market placement of new products (pricing and positioning), keeping daily relationships with the international offices. The selected person will start working for Italy and Spain. After the first period, his-her responsibility may include also Portugal, Greece and France.
Requirements for the position:
Fluent in Italian, English (Spanish would be a plus) and at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in gynecology field.
Must be comfortable working in a surgical setting.
