This is a cycle of meetings aimed at identifying the interests and professional goals. We will deal with your “career anchors” and “set of talents, needs and values that guide the professional choices that each one of us makes during our careers” in detail.
We will accompany you with this intervention methodology as you explore the knowledge and skills you have gained in the various contexts and you identify potentials and skill areas to fill while defining an “Action Plan” to pursue them. During this stage, you will acquire the awareness of your professional depth as regards the market that interests you.
On the one hand, we will start with developing your CV and, on the other, with your digital image in a “brand yourself” context in order to present you to the market in the best possible way. It is a stage for accompanying you in an active job search, in which attention will be paid to the self-marketing tools. The target is to perfect you image in order to perform an active action in networking management and development through LinkedIn and Viadeo, HH companies, and events of personnel networks. You will learn how to present yourself to the market effectively by way of strategically monitoring opportunities through lists of target companies and HH companies.
