EXPERIENCE International is specialised in personnel search and selection services for top and middle management positions in the world of Healthcare and Life Sciences.
This service consists of sourcing and talent mapping services, a proactive search aimed at singling out the most qualified and talented candidates for both open positions and roles not yet vacant.
By adopting this method, we select and monitor the candidates best suited to the positions being searched for, bearing in mind their possibilities of medium- and long-term development.
Once the selection process is completed, EXPERIENCE International continues to monitor the progress of its candidates through an ongoing Follow Up activity.

We believe in the skills to be observed, assessed and developed. We use methodological perspectives that differ according to the organisational and cultural diversities, as well as different values, with which we interact.
Our approach connects skills with two methodological perspectives, individual psychological and strategic.
Of the skills classified as significant during the mapping phase, we try to assess which ones are present and the level of intensity of presence of each skill considered. Assessment of skills is one of the methods called skill evaluation and falls within a subjective type of orientation for personnel management that aims to find its objectivity through the practice of some assessment methods:
- Behavioural interview (classic and focused BEI method)
- Assessment Center in which we use the following tools: simulations, behavioural, self-assessment questionnaires, full-scale assessment tools for multiple evaluators.
- Personality assessment, aptitude and intellectual efficiency tests.
